Welcome to SoftSOP.com LLC (“SoftSOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). SoftSOP operates an online platform at SoftSOP.com that provides freelance services, project marketplaces, educational tools, digital products, job postings, dashboards, and freemium features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts to use SoftSOP. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Definitions

  • User – Any individual or entity using SoftSOP.
  • Freelancer – A User offering services or projects.
  • Client – A User purchasing services or projects.
  • Instructor – A User creating and selling courses or educational content.
  • Student – A User purchasing or accessing courses.
  • Employer – A User posting job or freelance opportunities.
  • Project – A service, task, or deliverable offered or purchased through the Platform.
  • Dashboard – Any user interface provided by SoftSOP (admin, freelancer, instructor, student, employer).
  • Freemium Services – Features available at no cost, with optional paid upgrades.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • SoftSOP may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. Platform Services & Freemium Use

SoftSOP provides access to:

  • Freelancer and Client dashboards
  • Project creation and purchasing
  • Instructor dashboards and course creation
  • Student course enrollment
  • Employer job postings
  • Digital deliverables and tools
  • Advertisements and promoted content

Freemium features may include usage limits, restricted functionality, or advertisements. SoftSOP reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

5. Freelancers

  • Accurately represent skills and experience
  • Deliver services as described
  • Communicate professionally
  • Comply with all applicable laws

SoftSOP does not guarantee income, work availability, or project success.

6. Clients

  • Provide clear project descriptions
  • Make timely payments
  • Communicate respectfully
  • Use deliverables only as permitted

7. Instructors & Students

Instructors

  • Retain ownership of their original content
  • Grant SoftSOP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, promote, and distribute content
  • Are responsible for the accuracy and legality of course material

Students

  • Receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased courses
  • May not copy, resell, or redistribute content without permission

8. Employers & Job Listings

Employers may post job or freelance opportunities. SoftSOP does not guarantee candidate quality or hiring outcomes and is not responsible for employment decisions.

9. Projects, Purchases & Agreements

  • Purchasing a project, service, or course forms a binding agreement between Users.
  • SoftSOP is not a party to User-to-User agreements.
  • Scope, timelines, and deliverables are determined by the involved Users.

10. Payments, Fees & Transactions

  • Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.
  • SoftSOP may charge platform or service fees, disclosed prior to purchase.
  • Users are responsible for applicable taxes.
  • Refunds are governed by seller policies unless otherwise stated.

11. Advertisements & Promotions

  • SoftSOP may display advertisements, sponsored content, promoted listings, or internal promotions across the Platform.
  • Advertisements may appear in dashboards, listings, or freemium features.
  • Paid promotions do not guarantee results.
  • SoftSOP does not endorse advertised products or services.
  • Users interact with advertisers at their own risk.
  • SoftSOP may remove or reject advertisements at its discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

  • SoftSOP retains ownership of all platform software, branding, and technology.
  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant SoftSOP a license to display and promote it.
  • Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse SoftSOP systems.

13. Prohibited Conduct

  • Engage in fraud, scams, or deception
  • Post illegal, abusive, or harmful content
  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Circumvent platform fees or systems
  • Interfere with platform security or advertisements

14. Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, SoftSOP may offer mediation or arbitration but is not responsible for dispute outcomes.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For illegal or harmful activity
  • At its sole discretion, with or without notice

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” SoftSOP makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or outcomes.

17. Limitation of Liability

SoftSOP.com LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or data
  • Service interruptions
  • User disputes
  • Errors in content or deliverables

Liability shall not exceed fees paid to SoftSOP in the preceding 12 months.

18. Modifications to Terms

SoftSOP may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
